The laundry area, located just off the dressing room, accommodates a hidden ironing center and extra storage cabinets, as well as the washer and dryer. Having the laundry on the second floor eliminates the need to carry clothes up and down two flights of stairs from the basement, where they were located before the renovation.

Note the custom-made tile pan under the units to contain water in the event of a leak, and a convenient folding counter above.
