Period Details for a Modern Home
This 1920's home had been renovated and added on to extensively, but the space was cut up, impractical, and dark. Many of the original rooms had nice proportions and it was decided to restore much of the original space and remove all the additions for a fresh start.
The final floor plan maintains the original formal rooms, while creating bright, up to date and private living areas for working, eating, and relaxing.
