Simple changes for a dramatic affect
This north-facing, twenty year old kitchen needed several straightforward changes to create a brighter and more expansive feel. The removal of the wall between the family room and the kitchen, and the addition of three double-hung windows over the sink were simple solutions that created a dramatic affect. The careful placement of light fixtures creates a well lit work space, while the small desk area provides space for the client's daily writing routine. |
