Our Process

As a design-build contractor, we are your sole point of contact from concept to project completion.

Concept

We start with the basics. What are your goals for your home and how might they fit within your target budget? We think long term, so will consider how this project might integrate with future work.

Design

We work with you to bring your vision into focus, producing construction drawings and handling permitting under an hourly design contract. Final project cost is a constant consideration during this phase. For smaller projects, a design contract may not be necessary.

Contract

When the design and scope of the project are finalized, we sign a fixed-price contract. This means that if the scope of work does not change, the contract price will not change. Changes to the project can be made through a written change order, which will be specified and priced before additional work begins.

Execution

We complete the project in a professional and timely manner, working with trusted subcontractors. We pride ourselves on running a neat and respectful job site. Clients often say they are sad to see us go.
